CONFERENCE IDENTIFICATION CARD-BADGE

It is necessary to show your Conference Identification Card – Badge, to attend the scientific sessions. If you lose your ID card, it will be charged R$150,00 to replace it.

 

MEDICAL CARE

During the scientific activities the event will have an ambulance available.

SIMULTANEOUS TRANSLATION

There will be available simultaneous translation from English to Portuguese and vice versa in English spoken international conferences and they will be highlighted in the Scientific Program.

The equipment of simultaneous translation will be given by delivery of oficial identity document. The equipment should be given back at the end of the session. The device loss or any damage is the participant sole responsibility.

ROOMS

For all rooms, the capacity of places for each session is limited. Places are guaranteed by arrival order, first come, first served.

FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED.

 

PAYMENT

Your registration will only be considered as effective, after payment through the ticket until the due date or via Pagseguro.

Registrations can be made via Internet until 06/05/2017 through the website. After this date, registrations can be made only on the days of the Congress, in person.

 

CANCELLATION

Request for registration cancellation must be submitted to the Executive Secretariat until 05/12/17, by e-mail: sec.ganepao@ganep.com.br;

The return will correspond to 70% of the amount paid and will be made within 60 days after the Congress end. The request for reimbursement must be accompanied by the attendee’s bank details.

 

REGISTRATION TRANSFER

If you cannot attend the Congress, you can transfer your registration to another person.

For that, it is necessary to send a request for transfer to the Executive Secretariat, through the email: sec.ganepao@ganep.com.br, informing the name and CPF of the new attendee, who in turn will receive instructions of how to register via email.

Attention! The transfer of registration can only be made until 05/29/2017, and the new attendee can register, which will be validated only via website, until 06/05/2017.

  • Eventual price change of the described services, it is just for information
  • Lost or stolen personal items at Centro de Convenções Rebouças;
  • Health problems, personal acident and others eventualities in the way for
    the conference  or at the venue in Centro de Convenções Rebouças
